The resort’s total area is 147400 sqm.  The project is part of  Red Sea Resort Company and was set up with a capital worth of JOD 42.6 million (USD 60 million). The resort is located on the southern shores of the portal city of Aqaba and about 9km away from the Aqaba city center. It consists of 260 villas with 4 different designs.
